  • 2. Attach PICRA

    Include a PICRA.  

  • 3. Approved items

    Let us know if If you know your party does not wish to have an item on the PICRA repaired. 

  • 4. House Information

    Include if the property is vacant or occupied. Add the lockbox code (if present). Also include if there are any pets in the home. 

  • 5. Closing Date

    Including the closing date is helpful for quick repairs before closing or ensuring completion of large projects in a timely manner.
